Episode 12: The Radical Shift from Isolated Exile to Holy Exile

EPISODE SUMMARY

Today's show is with two guests, Hualani from Canada and Marie from South Africa. These powerful women join me again for a second episode.

This time we focus on what it’s been like to feel both exiled and exalted in confusing and painful ways since childhood.

Some of the topics we discuss are:

* What does it feel like to be exiled?

* What does it mean to shift from the experience of not belonging to one of becoming a Holy exile?

* Examining projections as our fuel for evolution

* How do we discern what is others' projections and what is our own projections or patterns of protection?

* What does it mean to shift from isolated exile to a Holy one?

* Holy Exiles are the bearers of light with a mission to see beyond illusions

* What is the role and medicine of the Holy exile

During the episode, I realized that we were using the racist term, black sheep. I felt really uneasy about it so I did some research to educate myself. I share a bit about this at the start of the episode.

In my devotion to raising consciousness, this experience became an opportunity to unravel one more lingering thread of systemic racism and my unconscious role in reinforcing it.
