In this second episode of our two-part series, Rixt shares with us how she co-designed an integral leadership program for an executive based upon his desire to become a more integral leader — through embracing more of his shadows.

Rixt drew from the 360 leadership assessment tool, and foundational principles, from the The Leadership Circle organization.

She also intuitively included other modalities to help this leader crack the code in a few key areas that were holding him back from his next level of leadership.
